Preschool story time!

This week Memorial School hosted our first preschool story time to welcome some of the incoming kindergartners for 2014-2015 school year! What a wonderful way to help these little ones get used to our building and make some early connections! They all came in and signed their name on a name tag, were provided a bookmark, summer reading packets and a suggested book list to ease into kindergarten! I sang Pete the cat and they loved it! There'll be another on Thursday. Thank you kindergarten for allowing me to be a part of this and caring so much about your students and best practices!
