Digital Safety!

Digital Safety is even more important than ever in the society we live in today. Since we are in a 1:1 iPad environment, it's even more important to have these important conversations embedded in the curriculum we use with our learners.

Mrs. Jennifer Scheffer and I held the first Parent Tech night of 2014-15 on the first Tuesday of October and  members of the BPS Edtech team will be hosting other workshops throughout the school year. November's topic will be Living in the Cloud with an emphasis on Google Drive and Google Docs. We look forward to learning and working together.

Check out the awesome collection that Memorial School loaned us to share! Thanks Mrs. Magliozzi! We will be adding many other selections in the library throughout the school year to help our middle school students navigate safely through the World Wide Web.
