This is an app that I introduced to the younger students that is so much fun! Splat the cat is a book character that is so funny but generally ends with a compassionate lesson. IT is a paid app at $1.99 but has many features that make it a great connection to literacy. Please check it out. There are many literary characters with good apps like Fancy Nancy, The Pigeon & Big Nate.

Love splat!!

We're big fans of Splat in my house. The kids like the story but collecting the ducks is their favorite. We started challenging each other on who can collect the badges and find all the missing ducks so its helping my little one with learning to tell time too! This is their go to app for the last two days which is always nice to see. Hate when we download and they play once and never go back. Look forward to the new game releases!

Super Splat app!

I don't know what my kids like more -- playing the games or competing for more ducks and better spy badges! This app is a great way to bring Splat's secret agent story to life. It has so many games, levels and collections to complete that I can't imagine I'll be getting my phone back any time soon...

Splat the cat is such a great book character--my son and daughter both love him. We were excited to discover there's now a game app based on the books. The games do not disappoint.
